Our return policy.
Due to the nature of research-use products, returns are accepted only for unopened, sealed products in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact research@bioaura.example with your order number for resolution.
Opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned for safety and research-integrity reasons.
